To the Editor,

As a Black American, I have a different perspective on the Arab/Israeli conflict. In all of my research on the subject (which is considerable) one issue, in particular, is relentlessly ignored by the media. I have yet to hear stories addressing the fact that there is no such thing as Jewish suicide bombers - only Muslims.

Equally, I have not seen any stories of Jewish children blowing themselves up
in order to kill other children - only Muslim children sadly do that.

I have not seen Israel take over country after country and impose Judaism at the
point of a sword - only Muslims now do that. I cannot recall a group of Jewish men ever hi-jacking a plane or crashing a commercial airliner into anything - only Muslims have done that. I have not seen Jewish schools teaching hate to innocent children- only in Islamic madras’s or on Palestinian children’s TV.

I am watching people in street protests declaring an absolute falsehood concerning the so-called "occupation" of Palestine. No such independent state has ever existed in history; certainly not an independent Arab state. The rioters are bellowing myths, not facts.

Much of the world hates Israel and the Jews, yet they have failed to succeed in wiping this embattled people off the map. Israel has to defend itself again, this time against Hamas, a branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, which proclaims its love of death over Israel's love of life. For 3,500 years this people and nation have had to struggle to survive and enemies have arisen against them in every generation.
